HospiceCareNN provides emotional and practical care and support across North Northumberland to adults and their families, who are living with a life limiting illness. They provide palliative input through their hospice at home end-of-life and respite care, family/bereavement support and dementia support services. Their care services are all delivered free at the point of need.
I design and produce the Open Gardens leaflet every year. 40,000 printed, normally at Statex in Newcastle.
